Become Our New Area Sales Manager Europe

Based in Bonn Eurocor Tech GmbH is a rapidly growing European Life Sciences Technology Corporation specializing in the research, development and manufacture of cardiovascular and endovascular products. Eurocor provides interventional physicians with innovative coronary stent technologies and special cardiovascular and endovascular devices, manufactured in Bonn. Products are indicated for minimally invasive cardiovascular and peripheral surgery and comply with biological and biomechanical principles to offer highly flexible, adaptable solutions.

We work with international staff across the world and are looking for self-driven and creative people to join a dynamic company.

As our new Sales Manager Europe, you will accelerate our growth in this area, working with our global teams to win major accounts. This position is focusing on the European market and will be supported by our back-office in Bonn. We are looking for a driven individual who possesses exceptional sales talent with an understanding of medical products. What You'll Be Working On

  • Serve as the primary sales contact for European customers, cultivating established contacts and working with new prospects. Conduct calls to promote, sell, and service Eurocor products to new and existing customers. Meet customers face to face in Bonn, at customers’ principal business and trade fairs.
  • Develop and implement sales plan and achieve revenue and growth objectives by capturing market opportunities.
  • Develop tailored marketing and sales solutions for the European market with our team to boost growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide direction to the team of distributors
  • Appoint new distributors in the European region when required and evaluate existing distributors based on performance and outlook
  • Complete competitive reporting (such as market, pricing and distribution analysis) and administrative reporting (such as account profiles and expense reports) as assigned
  • Cost-effectively manage time and assets
  • Train and educate new and existing customers

What You Should Bring to the Table

  • A relevant scientific or trade degree OR extensive documented sales experience in the medical industry
  • 3 years of medical industry sales experience OR 3 years specialist clinical experience.
  • Experience in cardiovascular / endovascular products
  • Consolidated Expertise on Medical Devices Companies Senior Management
  • Knowledge of the European Health Care System / Market
  • KOL consolidated relationships
  • Sales & Presentation Skills
  • Leadership and Team player profile to efficiently conduct management by consensus
  • Minimum C-Level English skills in speech and writing, other European language are a plus
  • Self-organization / Self-motivation
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Great project management skills with the ability to define clear and comprehensive project steps and timelines
  • Clear communication
  • Position requires extensive national and International travel
